Quick Intro

Hey there! Thanks for stopping by and checking my blog out!

My name is Ben, from the United Kingdom. I am a Music, Travel and Foodie hobbyist and enthusiast.

I have always been fascinated by the world thanks to my Geography teachers in Secondary School learning about natural disasters and understanding mother nature and all it’s beauty (and hell too). But my passion for travel has probably been heightened due to my parents. Thankfully, I come from a background where my parents could afford to take me and my two younger sisters on holidays to make a start on seeing the world.

Where I've Been

So far, I’ve been lucky enough to see a lot of Europe already, some of my personal highlights include Denmark (Copenhagen) Spain (Barcelona), France (Dordogne) and Italy (Rome)
 

My solo travels have taken me to the likes of the United States of America in 2018 when I was successfully placed at Summer Camp in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania for a 9 week assignment. Once camp was over, I then traveled from the east to the west coast and back to the east to catch my flight home to the UK.

Why I Started This Blog

My initial thought for this site was just as a nice, personal travel journal but as I’ve spoken to people through work and during my travels, I thought it might give some ideas on things to see and do for others planning their own travel itineraries.
