After having an amazing experience in Copenhagen, the next and final stop on my trip was Berlin and after hearing many great things about Berlin, I was feeling rather excited about spending the next couple of days there.

Needless to say, my expectations weren't quite as hyped as I thought they would be, my first initial thoughts about Berlin were that it's very industrial.

Berlin is pretty big as a major city in Germany, nothing like small Copenhagen so you definitely need to catch a bus, metro or train to get to places. That doesn't mean that you can't see or do anything by foot.

On my first dayin Berlin, I fit quite a lot of walking in seeing the Berlin Cathedral, the Berlin old Museum, The Bradenburg Gate which is one of the most recognisable and famous attractions in the whole of Berlin, The Berlin Wall, The Topography of Terror, Charlottenburg Palace & Tiergarten

The second day in Berlin, I had an early appointment to go and visit the Reichstag Parliament building, unfortunately the roof was closed off but you could still get a picturesque view of Berlin from the viewpoint, I then headed out on a train to Tempelhof Airport ground which is an old airport that closed back in 2008 but the grounds used to be where Hitlers followers would parade round. However these days, they are merely used for paragliders and people taking their dogs out for walks.

I then took a train to Mauerpark and walked around watching all of the graffiti artists paint on the wall.
